we are unable to guarantee that we will have negative
items removed from your credit reports. However, we can

If, after 12
months using our services, you do not feel we’ve done
enough to help you repair your credit, then you are
entitled to a partial to full refund. All you have to do
is request an audit/evaluation of your account and let us
know that you don’t think we’ve done enough to help you.

How We Calculate Your Refund
We will calculate
how many items that we’ve successfully removed from your
reports. Each item that has been removed is assigned a
monetary value of $75. We then multiply the number of
items removed by $75 to produce a total. If the total we
come up with is less than the amount you have paid us
over the past 12 months, we will refund the
difference.
Here’s an
example:
- After 12
months of service, if we have only deleted 2 of 15 negative
items.
- You paid us:
$708
- Total of 2
items removed: $150 (or $75
each)
- Your total
refund: $558
NOTE: If you have
very few negative items on your credit reports when you
begin our service, we will gladly assign a new, fair
value in proportion with your total fees paid to
calculate how much of your money will be
refunded.
